Warranty Tems

All of our products come with limited time warranty which will be written on invoice, with some terms as below:
- Computer
- Every computer has quality guarantee with different time limit, from 1 to 24 months depends on brand and model. There is no guarantee for mouse, keyboard, power adapter, power supply, and speaker.
- For new notebook, optical drive and battery normally has 6-month warranty.
- We offer 5-year free service for purchasing of any computer, including installing new software, technical check and consultant. No warranty for software, Windows, and data lost.
- Printer
- Allprinters are suggested to use original cartridge, otherwise, the warranty willbe suspended.
- Monitor
- Nowarranty on dead pixel
- All hardware warranty services are made by 3rd party company which is distributor or service provider of the product. The maintenance may take time from 1 week to 10 weeks, as in some case, the product need to be sent back to factory.
- No warranty for electric burn, broken, water-in, or any other damage that make the product looks different from original state.
- All warranty service are for bring-in to our shop only, there’s no technical checkup on site.
